The United States Department of Justice has approved CCCS of Northeastern Iowa to help you under the new bankruptcy law. We are approved for pre-bankruptcy counseling and pre-discharge education. We’ve helped more than 1,000 people with bankruptcy counseling and more than 700 people with bankruptcy education in the first year of the new law. Our certified counselors can help you too.
