MoneyMap is our exclusive series of educational programs designed to help you with various aspects of your financial life. The MoneyMap series covers credit education, banking, and landlord tenant issues. The courses include:

Credit When Credit is Due

This is a nationally recognized course which teaches the basics of getting good credit and maintaining good credit. CCCS of Northeastern Iowa currently teaches CWCD to high school seniors in the Waterloo/Cedar Falls area. The course is so popular, high schools in the Cedar Valley have made the course mandatory. It's the driver's education of credit education! Credit When Credit is Due is a 12-hour course. Its costs vary according to grants. Your credit report will reflect you've completed the course to show you've taken steps to improve your credit.

Get Checking

CCCS of Northeastern Iowa also provides a course called Get Checking in partnership with banks and lending institutions in several Iowa cities. Get Checking teaches the basics of having a checking account and helps anyone who might have lost the privilege of having an account.

Renting Today

CCCS of Northeastern Iowa knows homeownership is one of the most effective tools to handle your money wisely. That's why we've created "Make Your Move". The course helps you meet your financial goals of owning a home and explains the home-buying process which can seem overwhelming.
