Waterloo
Karen has served as agency CEO
for 21 years. She guides the staff and makes sure the agency is complying with
creditors' policies. Karen makes sure CCCS of Northeastern Iowa continues its
strong tradition of education on credit and debt management. She's in charge of
fundraising and making sure the agency's story is told so people and
organizations know the important role CCCS plays in its communities. Karen
builds relationships so her agency can serve you.
Chastity is
the new Program Manager for Waterloo
Kent is a
certified credit and housing counselor with eight years of experience. You may
work with him in the Waterloo office. He presents credit education workshops
and teaches MoneyMap in some Iowa high schools.
Anita is a
certified credit and housing counselor with four years of experience. She works
in the Waterloo office.
Marc is a certified credit counselor who
is available to help counsel you in the evenings in the Waterloo office. Marc
has been with CCCS of Northeastern Iowa for nine years.
Gail is
the detail person in our agency who makes the financial transactions between
our clients and credit card companies happen. She implements Debt Management
plans by notifying creditors on your behalf and implements creditor policies as
well. She keeps counselors in the loop when she notices a change with creditor
policies. Gail also works with your bank to ensure money is received and
dispersed as planned.
Tami assists Gail. She oversees the
special account for fixed-income clients, paying their bills and providing them
with weekly checks.
Lindsey will provide credit counseling. She will work with students at the Cedar Falls office across from the University of Northern Iowa campus.
Roberta is our customer service
representative. She takes your calls, sets your appointments and tries to
relieve some of the stress you feel when you call for help.
Evelyn
Evelyn is a part-time clerical person who works with the
staff.
Ron is our house accountant. He makes sure the books for
the agency are balanced.
Danielle is a new assistant in Waterloo helping with Customer Service. She helps Roberta, Gail, Evelyn and Tami. |
